Conditions for Returns
Time Frame: You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Prior Notification: Before returning any product, you must notify us by contacting our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +44 (0)7702764660. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Product Condition: Returned items must be in new, unopened condition with all original packaging materials included. Items that have been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a proof of purchase for all returns, such as an order confirmation or packing slip.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping service like DHL to ensure that we receive your returned item.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will send you an email notification that we have received your item. Please note that unless the product delivered is faulty or incorrect, all shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
